The following projects would qualify for funding under the Community Preservation Act if Arlington adopts Question 5.
- Trails and amenities for the Symmes Woods Conservation Area;
- Minuteman Bikeway—Improvements on Arlington section pursuant this study;
- Restoration and clean-up of Mill Brook with new pathways and access points;
- Accessibility improvements to recreation facilities pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, based on study requirements;
- Improvements to trails and boat landings for Elizabeth Island;
- Standardized signage at all outdoor properties:
- Additional off-leash recreation areas in other parts of Town;
- Improvements to walking path, habitat garden, and parking area at the Reservoir;
- Community/Youth Center with outdoor Swimming Pool and/or Town-owned outdoor Ice Rink.
